A luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to work on site. They want someone with Island experience and a proven track record of success in the resort/real estate industry. This is not a hybrid role.

Senior Marketing Manager Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global comprehensive sales strategy, business plan and budget.
• Provide hands-on senior level leadership including selection, coaching, training and management of the marketing department. •
• Coordinate with the Chairman, Vice President of Business and Sales Manager marketing material to ensure best available and seamless guest experience for all sales prospects.
• Establish professional relationships with Staff and Members of the Resort and local community
• Develop effective sales presentations, materials and scripting that inspire customers to take their next step in the sales process.

Senior Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of Marketing Management Leadership experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & Sales Force
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

Senior Marketing Manager Compensation and Benefits:
