General Manager Responsibilities

General Manager with duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervise, train, and coach floor and bar staff
• Scheduling, ordering, inventory, guest service, quality, and managing the floor
• Other duties as outlined in order to run smooth operations

General Manager Requirements

• 3+ Years experience as an AGM or General Manager for an upscale-casual restaurant with a full bar (wine, beer, liquor)
• Experience with upscale local or regional restaurant groups is preferred
• Able to work under pressure with ease, especially during very busy meal periods
• Display strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Some experience with financials, planning, and reporting is a plus
• Some experience in analyzing inventory vs. ordering needs
• Loyal and passionate about service
• New restaurant opening is a huge plus!
