Job Summary

We are currently searching for a Civil Site Project Manager for a well-established growing company. The ideal candidate for the Civil Site Project Manager role will be responsible for preparing construction documents on a variety of development projects including residential subdivisions and commercial site plans.


Civil Site Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

 

• Salary ranging from $95K - 110K based on experience

• Comprehensive Benefits package


Civil Site Project Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• PE licensure or ability to obtain

• Candidate must be proficient with AutoCAD version 2018, Civil 3D

• Minimum 5 years of CADD and engineering design experience

• Produce roadway grades and alignments

• Must have experience with reading and following codes

• Perform subdivision layout

• Provide construction quantity takeoff
