Responsibilities:

• Oversee, direct & lead branch staff including all branch projects
• Market & develop new clients and strengthen existing client relationships
• Perform engineering calculations, designs & drafting tasks
• Perform regulatory permit applications, negotiations and determine project specifications
• Consult with clients to handle projects from initial site walk to ribbon cutting
• Complete site inspections, evaluations, technical studies & reports
• Prepare cost estimate, schedule & life cycle analysis
• Work with VP & President in an advisory role

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Civil Engineering or Similiar
• Professional Engineer, Licensed in Maine
• 10+ years of experience managing projects & people in Civil Engineering field
• Word, Ajera, Excel, AutoCad Civil 3D, HydroCAD experience
• Basic physical requirements (standing, kneeling, walking, occasional lifts up to 25lbs)
• In-office role in Southern Maine with occasional remote flexibility, as needed
