Retail / Fast Casual Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations as a Retail Manager for this busy location
• Hire, train, and develop staff
• Take disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure consistent quality of product, and overall guest experience as the General Manager

Retail / Fast Casual Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Winning personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• At least 2 years of retail management experience or will look at a fast casual restaurant background
• Strong motivation and great work ethic
