General Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, coach, and develop mobile team
• Experience in high-volume fast-casual
• Excellent Attitude, hard-working, and patient
• Maintain required records including food production, inventory, income/expense, vehicle costs, dry goods, paper product labor, and facilities 
• Experience in BOH

General Manager Requirements:

• Experience in fast casual dining concept
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Significant cooking experience in a high-speed kitchen environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
