Our client, a commercial insurance-focused agency is seeking to add a Commercial Lines Producer to its rapidly growing organization.

PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sell commercial lines to businesses with $1-100M in revenue
• Turn inbound leads into written business, no need to go out and bring in new leads, all leads provided

PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:

• Active P&C license
• Previous sales experience
• Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
• Fantastic communication skills

PRODUCER COMPENSATION:

• Competitive base salary
• Solid commission structure (at least doubling base salary is realistic)
