Restaurant Operating Partner Requirements:

• Good tenure as a fast-casual General Manager or Operating Partner
• Experience managing scratch kitchen operations, using fresh ingredients, wide array of items
• Full understanding of driving sales and promoting the business
• Proven developer of people
• In-depth financial acumen
• Great guest service skills
• This position is highly visible, and you must thrive on positive guest interaction
• New restaurant opening experience is strongly preferred
