Electrical Engineering Department Manager- Qualifications 

• PE license required
• 15+ years in electrical system design engineering in a consulting/professional services environment
• Working knowledge of single line & schematic diagrams, PID’s and NEC standards
• Experience with power distribution, hardware specifications, power system modeling, control systems and hardware interfacing
• Bachelor’s in Engineering 

Electrical Engineering Department Manager- Responsibilities

• Oversee team including hiring, motivating, developing 
• Provide analysis and technical guidance, and assist in solving complex problems 
• Maintain schedules and budgets, check work for quality and accuracy
• Take an active role in client presentations and business development
• May require occasional car or air travel
