Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements:

• You must have a minimum of 3 years of full-service concept experience as a Restaurant Manager

• You must TRULY care about people, especially your team!
• You must have managed at least 3.5MM in sales annually

Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• You will drive sales and guest satisfaction
• You will create a fun and safe work environment for team members
• You will work interchangeably in the Front and Back of the House to ensure quality food and standards of excellence
• You will ensure compliance with all employment policies
