Assistant Director of Restaurants Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Understands excellent service and the culture of hospitality
• Guide a team to execute a high level of service at every position consistently
• Lead by example, be proactive, positive and continue to cultivate our company culture
• Treats members and all team members with respect and professionalism
• Passionate about food, beverage, service, and hospitality
• Five (5) years, minimum, of Restaurant Experience in full-service restaurant, ideally as a General Manager

Assistant Director of Restaurtants Job Responsibilities:

• Interview and hire employees and ensure consistency
• Train the Front of House team according to standards and ensure FOH maintains standards.
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all restaurants and service/storage areas.
• Liaison between the Front of the House and Back of the House
• Act as the primary contact with members in the dining room
• Develop positive relationships with members and team

Assistant Director of Restaurants Job Benefits:

• Salary range in the $65K -$70K range
