Our client is expanding rapidly and needs highly motivated Sr. Outside Sales Representatives to find, engage, and convert prospects into customers for their innovative and cost-saving logistics solutions.


Sr. Outside Sales Representatives - What's in it for you?

  • Starting base salary of $60,000 – $70,000 annually (depending on qualifications/experience with logistics sales)
  • Uncapped residual commissions (average first year OTE $100-$120k, average 3rd year OTE $300k+)

Sr. Outside Sales Representatives - What makes you a great fit?

  • 3 years+ B2B sales or business development experience required, logistics experience highly preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment
  • Looking for the “hunter” and “closer” mentality
  • Highly comfortable communicating with and securing meetings with executives/owners of businesses
  • Must be located in Orange County area of Los Angeles
  • Willingness to deliver a high level of sales results consistently

Sr. Outside Sales Representatives - What you'll be doing:

  • Generate new business in an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling and territory visits, networking and referrals
  • Conduct phone calls, in-person meetings and presentations with executives/owners of businesses with frequent small package shipping volume 
  • Partner with multiple levels within each to ensure elevated client satisfaction
  • Consultative selling offering multifaceted enhancements for clients in addition to simple price advantages
  • Be a closer
