Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years as a Sous Chef ot Executive Sous in an upscale mid to high-volume restaurant
- A polished and professional presentation
- A team builder and hands-on leader that fosters a feeling of being valued for the team
- Understanding of delivering finacial results
- A NEVER SAY NO approach to guest satisfaction
- A hands-on operator that works shoulder to shoulder with thier team
- High energy and outgoing personality
- Passion for hospitality and delivering a great experience to evey guest
- Uncompromising in standards and never looking for short-cuts
