Our Assistant Restaurant Manager Has:

• 3+ years of experience in full-service restaurant management role - NO JOB HOPPERS
• Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, lead by example and uphold restaurant standards
• Proven ability to maintain standards, exceed expectations and build relationships 
• High level of passion for developing people and WOWing guests
