An established manufacturer is looking for experienced CNC MACHINE SET-UP to join their team and make an immediate impact by bringing extensive knowledge of machining and setup in a mass manufacturing environment. 

The ideal CNC MACHINE SET-UP  will bring extensive CNC experience as well as set up and work with operators to improve overall manufacturing environment and output.

CNC MACHINE SET-UP OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Machine Setup of Vertical or Horizontal CNC Multi-axis Machines, or Multi-turret Lathes
• Read & Edit Programs for Setting Machines to Production Readiness
• Maintain Inventory in ERP System
• Train Operators on Safety Based Operations for Best Efficiency
• Collaborate on Continuous Process Improvement

CNC MACHINE SET-UP OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS

• CNC Experience in a Fast-Paced Production Environment, 5+ Years as Top-Level Operator
• High Proficiency in Machine Setup
• Ability to Read Programs & Make Required Modifications
• Required Computer & Math Skills
• High School Diploma or GED - Trade School Preferred
