Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
· Lead day-to-day operations and administration, demonstrating a can-do attitude and commitment to the overall success of the business.
· Analyze P&L’s and execute labor controls to drive positive results.
· Create action plans and delegate tasks among the leadership team, following up to ensure completion.
· Maintain a fun, productive, and compliant workplace environment that prioritizes the well-being of our people.
· Communicate effectively and track goals to drive continuous improvement and success.
Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of experience in a Restaurant Assistant Manager or equivalent leadership role in hospitality, retail, or restaurant environments with similar or higher volume.
· Strong desire to continue advancing in restaurant leadership, with a track record of success.
· Ability to lead employee-centric training programs and foster a culture of hospitality.
· Flexible schedule availability and willingness to be on call as business needs dictate.
