Restaurant and Bar Manager Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 years experience in a FOH management role in a high volume restaurant/bar - NO JOB HOPPERS
• Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach, communicate, be understanding, listener
• Bar experience is important for this location
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything
• Must be able to work late nights
