Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Director of Culinary to oversee all locations within our restaurant brand. This position requires previous management of multiple Executive Chefs, we are NOT looking for a multi-unit Executive Chef.
Director of Culinary Responsibilities:
- Oversee all culinary operations: restaurants, catering,etc
- Menu development, R&D, spec sheets,
- Quality and Consistency of product
- Train, mentor and develop team members
- Develop relationships with vendors
- Responsible for all financials including food costs, labor, etc
Director of Culinary Requirements:
- 5+ yrs. in a multi-unit role as Director of Culinary or Corporate Chef
- Ability to Inspire and drive a team
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
Director of Culinary Compensation:
- Competitive base salary 90-100k plus 15-20% bonus potential
