Upscale and very chef-driven restaurant with a very creative menu is looking for a hands-on Executive Chef with excellent culinary skills and drive. We are seeking a versed individual with an in-depth scratch experience in upscale and very creative menu restaurants. We would love to find someone that ready and able to bring their own creativity to the 'stove, but still possesses a desire to continue to learn and grow!

Restaurant Executive Chef Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a management role in a high-end, fine-dining, scratch kitchen
• STEAK & SEAFOOD EXPERIENCE A MUST!
• Experience executing annual sales volumes of $5M and above
• Creative influence coupled with strong financial acumen
• A clear leadership personality with the ability to inspire the team
• Work hand and hand with GM managing BOH personnel
• Inventory control, menu cost and planning
• Assist in Hiring and training
• Maintaining company standards and setting a great example
