An established agency is looking to add Producers to their rapidly growing business.

PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with prospects and customers via multiple platforms
• Explain value propositions, resolve customer support requests, and generate a positive customer experience
• Develop new sales from a variety of prospecting techniques
• Market new and existing client policies with insurance carriers we represent

PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:

• Active P&C and/or L&H license - depending on if they are focused on commercial/personal lines or employee benefits
• Desire to respond to customer needs with a sense of urgency and friendliness

PRODUCER COMPENSATION:
