Executive Chef Requirements and Responsibilities:

·      Must have experience working in and extensive knowledge of Italian Cuisine

·      Very High volume experience with a minimum of $20mil

·      Great financial acumen with cost control and P+L experience

·      Working with the Executive Chef will be responsible for kitchen SOP's

·      Training new BOH staff
