Job Summary

An iconic, luxury Hotel on Martha's Vineyard is seeking a Chef de Cuisine with five-star experience to join the team. This chef must have a solid background in uncompromising food and service. This leader will inspire and embrace the vision of the team.


Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute menus for all outlets and events
  • Oversee all culinary needs on property
  • Prepare for seasonal staff and business
  • Train and develop the culinary team, ensuring a positive work environment
  • Work alongside the General Manager to create once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the guests

Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years as a Chef at a luxury hotel
  • Experience controlling all elements of financials
  • Food safety
