Associate Attorney Requirements and Experience:

• Managing family law cases
• Assisting clients through the divorce process
• Preparing and presenting legal motions
• Handling discovery procedures
• Conducting depositions
• Participating in mediations
• Conducting legal research
• Calculating child support
• Staying updated on changes in family law and legal practices
• A minimum of three years experience in family law
• Background in civil litigation
• Proficiency with the Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure
• Previous involvement in tasks such as discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Strong interpersonal abilities
• Impressive academic qualifications
• Outstanding writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, robust legal research capabilities, and a dedicated work ethic

• Barred in the State of Florida
