Associate Attorney Family Law
We are currently seeking an attorney with expertise in family law. In this position, you will have the chance to work on intricate family law cases involving substantial assets. Associate Attorney Requirements and Experience:
- Managing family law cases
- Assisting clients through the divorce process
- Preparing and presenting legal motions
- Handling discovery procedures
- Conducting depositions
- Participating in mediations
- Conducting legal research
- Calculating child support
- Staying updated on changes in family law and legal practices
- A minimum of three years experience in family law
- Background in civil litigation
- Proficiency with the Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure
- Previous involvement in tasks such as discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Impressive academic qualifications
- Outstanding writing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, robust legal research capabilities, and a dedicated work ethic
- Willingness to travel when required
- Barred in the State of Florida
