Senior Associate Attorney Overview:

• Managing a caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborating with partners, associates, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.

Senior Associate Attorney Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with a focus on casualty, premises, product litigation, or complex litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
• Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
