RBT Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • RBT Certification
  • Experience: 1 year ABA and/or Special Needs (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation, ability to transport, and commute to various locations
  • Tenacity with a heart for helping others and an understanding demeanor

RBT Responsibilities:

  • Commitment and consistent attendance; students rely on you
  • Deliver behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Accurately record client progress data
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Collaborate by working closely with BCBA, parents, and support staff
  • Continuous learning by attending regular training to stay updated on best practices
