Qualification Requirements:
- Possesses a supportive and responsive manner with customers
- Holds a property/casualty agent’s license or is eligible for licensing
- Holds a life/health license (if required by essential functions) or is eligible for licensing
- Has the ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex working environment accurately and efficiently
- Sales and customer support experience
- Possesses above-average computer knowledge and skills
- Has the knowledge and experience necessary for independent decision-making ability
Essential Functions:
- Conduct property reviews at the direction of agency leadership
- Communicate with clients
- Collaborate with the loss control team in property and risk evaluation
- Properly handle any other carrier-generated documents or requests within delegated authority
- Participate in continuing education courses
- Communicate all agency policies, procedures, and guidelines, including appropriate documentation
- Coordinate agency marketing campaigns
- Appointment-setting efforts, including cold calling in certain circumstances
- Efficiently handle inbound telephone calls of all types
