Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop crew members and upcoming leaders
• Develop and coach the team and delegate responsibilities to get results through others
• 2+ years of restaurant operations management experience with at least 1 year of General Manager experience
• Has the ability to coach, train, and develop a team
• Possess strong leadership and good communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Works well in a hands-on team environment
