Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates and reinforces leadership behaviors by setting the pace and communicating effectively. Enforces essential people minimums necessary to gain commitment from the Crew and Restaurant Management Team. 
  • Consults and creates a positive work environment while working alongside Restaurant Teams to develop and accomplish business and profit plan objectives. 
  • Knows, enforces, and educates all restaurant employees on all appropriate HR policies, labor laws, and security and safety procedures. 
  • Role models the utilization of influential people systems within the restaurant management (Selection, Performance Development System, Rewards, and Recognition, Minimum Wage Schedule, etc). 

Restaurant District Manager Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members);
  • 3+ years of experience leading, motivating, and developing others
  • The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Multi-restaurant management experience in a quick-service or full-service chain restaurant organization.

Restaurant District Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities
  • 50/50 split on new laptop after 3 months
  • Credit Card for business expenses plus all fuel paid 100% by the company
  • Monthly cell phone & auto allowance
  • 75% of all auto repairs, tires, etc. paid by the company
  • Up to 4 weeks of vacation
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance (Health, Dental & Vision)
  • 7 Paid Holidays per year
