Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities

- Kitchen Manager who thrives and understands all catering services and systems to coordinate successful catering events
- Partners with EKM and GM, leads by example, and understands and ensures all federal, state, and county legal standards that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements are met and followed
- Actively creates and builds healthy teams through communication, alignment, commitment, appreciation, and accountability through the company
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements
- At least 2 years of Kitchen Management experience
- Passionate, fun, positive, and results-oriented
- Minimum sales volume exposure of 4M annually
- Great leadership and development skills
- The ability to work in a physically demanding, high-volume environment
