Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Maintaining high levels of hospitality, service, and being a consistent leader
- Support the restaurant team to execute day-to-day operations with enthusiasm
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing others
- Ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed to provide the expected levels of service
- Be a role model and follow all systems and policies
- Experience with busy carry-out orders is a plus
- Experience with payroll and scheduling systems
- Monitor and maintain the dining reservations system
- Ability to manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting culture and values
- Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
Restaurant Manager's Requirements:
- 2+ years high volume upscale Full-Service Restaurant Leadership experience
- High energy, takes initiative, and has a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent work ethic, systems-oriented, and drive to succeed
- Passionate about food and beverage in upscale dining scratch kitchens
- Basic understanding of labor controls and scheduling
- Must be passionate about cleanliness and safety
- Must be highly organized and communicate clearly up and down the chain of command
- Experience with Micros, Paycor, and HotSchedules is a plus
- Open to working days, nights, and weekends
