Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in high-volume steakhouse
• Exceptional communication skills 
• Skilled in data, financials, and analytics for performance insights  
• Innovative, detail-oriented, and effective at prioritizing tasks  
• Experienced in team coaching, collaboration, and mentorship  
• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on operational excellence  
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest and culinary experiences
