Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• 4+ years of General Manager experience in a casual /upscale environment.
• Experience managing a large team.
• Project management experience with new restaurant experience a plus.
• Banquet, Bar, and Retail experience.
• Forward-thinking with an ownership mentality
• Extensive experience hiring, training and developing team members.
