Seeking an experienced and high-energy Restaurant General Manager to be part of our team for our upscale-casual restaurant.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Train, coach, and direct the team - set the bar high and never underdeliver - ongoing training is key
• Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable
• Remain hands-on and eyes-on at all times in every aspect of the business
• Manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every detail 
• Maintain amazing customer interaction and retention

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Must have at least 4+ years of experience in a GM role in a high-volume, systems-oriented casual to upscale-casual environment 
• Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding restaurant standards
• Thick skin to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations and build relationships 
• Strong financial acumen and operating P&L experience
• Strong craft beer knowledge and bar management experience are a HUGE plus
• Weekend hours are late-night - a mix of day and late-night shifts required
