Director of Operations Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operations of the venue while mentoring and developing department leaders, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
  • Lead with poise and professionalism, with a strong ability to plan, execute, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by fostering meaningful interactions, delegating efficiently, and maintaining accountability.
  • Maintain and exemplify brand standards, serving as a role model in all aspects of the operation.
  • Demonstrate advanced financial acumen, leveraging P&L expertise to uncover revenue opportunities, address challenges, and elevate team performance.
  • Skillfully negotiate vendor agreements while safeguarding brand reputation and consistency.
