Customer Success Advisor Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients from initial contact to follow-up actions
  • Research industry best practices and identify opportunities for growth
  • Input accurate data and note customer interactions in CRM
  • Travel to clients within specific territory to gain feedback and developing their business
  • Persuasive and clear communicator
  • Phone etiquette and active listening
