The Engineering Manager leads technical projects for manufacturing and warehousing equipment upgrades. This role ensures project execution aligns with business objectives, plant safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a technical team to execute manufacturing and warehousing equipment upgrades.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and process improvements.
• Manage capital expenditures, track project budgets, and ensure timely execution.
• Streamline project management processes to enhance efficiency.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers, specialists, and contractors.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and equipment manufacturers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing project execution.
• Experience leading engineering teams and executing equipment upgrades.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
