Job Summary

We are looking for a Hotel General Manager for a 3 star full-service Silicon Valley property, responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations.

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:


• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.

• Ensure compliance with brand standards and operating procedures.

• Monitor property maintenance to uphold high standards of cleanliness and functionality.

• Oversee pricing, revenue management strategies, and inventory to maximize occupancy and ADR.

• Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff to deliver exceptional service.

• Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.


Hotel General Manager Qualifications and Skills:


• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field: Preferred

• 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience, preferably with Hilton, IHG, Marriott, or similar

• Strong knowledge of financial and revenue management principles

• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ)

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
