Your Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a passionate, high-performing team through hiring, training, and development.
- Execute all administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Maintain and uphold all brand standards, ensuring the guest experience is exceptional.
- Drive performance through profit and loss, labor, and food cost management.
- Collaborate on ongoing training, performance reviews, and coaching to develop management and team members.
- Ensure smooth operations with inventory management, ordering, and kitchen oversight.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong coach who provides effective feedback and inspires their team daily.
- Organization: Deadline-oriented and focused on achieving results.
- Guest-Centric: Builds meaningful relationships with both guests and team members.
- Adaptable & Humble: Thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces learning opportunities.
- Technical Know-How: Proficient in Microsoft Office, skilled at inventory and ordering.
