Key Responsibilities:

• Disassemble and inspect tooling for damage or wear.
• Recondition tooling as specified in work orders.
• Operate and maintain machine shop equipment, including crankshaft measurement tools.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve efficiency, quality, and delivery goals.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and forklift operation as needed.

What You Bring:

• 3 to 5 years of machining or tooling experience.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Strong skills in layout, part measurements, and computer applications.
• A self-motivated, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• An unrestricted driver’s license with the ability to travel.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly.
