About the Role:


As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on building and nurturing relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and other pet care providers. Your role will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, presenting our solutions, and closing deals to expand our market presence.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the veterinary industry.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with veterinary professionals, becoming a trusted partner in their success.
  • Sales Presentations: Present products and services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Account Management: Maintain existing client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company growth.

Business Development Representative Requirements:

Experience: Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in the veterinary or healthcare industry.

  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Customer-Centric: Passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
