Restaurant Manager's Requirements & Responsibilities: 

• 5+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant 
• Hands-on leadership style
• Experienced in a high-volume location (8 million plus revenue)
• Detail focused, high energy, and guest satisfaction driven
• Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and wine service skills 
• Skilled in leading and developing one's team 
• Manage day to day operations of the restaurant
• Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching
• Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards 
• Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all health department regulations 
• Ensure guests have a great experience and look forward to returning
• Resolve guests issues to ensure satisfaction
