Business Officer Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• 3+ years of experience in government Social Services business management!
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)!
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management!
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and foster collaboration!
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations impacting public sector operations!

Business Officer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing all department financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting!
• Managing administrative processes to support program delivery!
• Leading and supervising a team of administrative staff to ensure efficiency and compliance!
• Collaborating with county leadership to align resources with strategic goals!
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and best practices!
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency!
