Job Summary
We are a leading banking platform that supports businesses of all sizes by offering integrated solutions for corporate cards, banking, expense management, treasury, AP, and accounting automation.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for customers by managing implementation projects and serving as the main technical point of contact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, product, and customer success, to support clients in implementing solutions for banking, expense management, and accounting integrations.
Implementation Specialist, CPA Responsibilities
- Utilize your CPA expertise to understand client needs and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Communicate the value of our platform to clients, contributing to revenue growth.
- Train the Account Executive team on product features and provide feedback to product teams.
- Guide clients through the sales and implementation process, creating tailored strategies to meet their financial management needs.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients, ensuring successful adoption of our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance product offerings.
Implementation Specialist, CPA Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, project management, or implementation.
- 2+ years of experience as an Audit Associate or Senior Associate.
- Experience with month-end close processes, corporate card programs, and cloud-based ERPs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with C-level executives.
- CPA, MAcc, or MBA preferred.
