Quick Service District Manager Opportunity

We looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned OSR District Manager to lead our team's operations. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and have a talent for creating exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead operations, including staffing training, inventory management, and guest services.
• Train and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Drive sales and profitability through innovative strategies.
• Responsible for  6-8 locations
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience as a District Manager running 3-5 locations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of P&L.
• Ability to grow an operation.
• High-energy, outgoing personality
