What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience managing a high-volume bar or bar-focused restaurant.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills—you know how to inspire your team to deliver their best.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and keeping costs under control.
• Familiarity with local liquor laws, health codes, and industry standards.
• Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holidays—it’s part of the energy of the business!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the day-to-day operations to keep everything on track—from opening to closing and everything in between.
• Hiring, training, and coaching a team of bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to create a top-tier experience for guests.
• Monitoring sales and financial performance while finding ways to grow revenue and control expenses.
• Overseeing inventory, and cash flow, and ensuring accurate use of the POS system.
• Enforcing all health, safety, and liquor license requirements.
