Restoration General Manager Responsibilities;

• Operations – oversee key daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability and quality
• Leadership- Lead a team of hardworking individuals
• Performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services and carpet cleaning/re-installation services
• Communication- show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
• Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked and organized trucks along with all company equipment
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule
• Reputation – ensure all projects exceed customer expectations and industry standards
