Nightclub General Manager – Upscale Sports Bar/Lounge


We are seeking an experienced Nightclub General Manager to lead the launch of a soon-to-open upscale sports bar/lounge. This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for hospitality and nightlife.

General Manager Requirements

  • Residency: Must currently live in North Carolina (relocation candidates will not be considered).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a General Manager in a high-volume bar or bar-centric restaurant.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a diverse team.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local liquor laws, health codes, and industry best practices.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

General Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and manage bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high hospitality standards.
  • Manage finances, control costs, and oversee cash flow and POS systems.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations.
