Responsibilities:

• Lead restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and guest services.
• Train and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Drive sales and profitability through innovative strategies.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Bar of restaurant manager role.
• Full service background.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills
