Overview:

An industry leader in premium home services is seeking an experienced Brand Leader / President to guide growth and innovation. As the top leader, you’ll oversee franchisees across territories, manage a shared services team, and drive strategy to enhance revenue, unit economics, and brand culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations (75%) and strategic growth initiatives (25%).
• Liaise between corporate and franchisees to ensure support, satisfaction, and performance improvement.
• Develop and implement operational best practices, KPIs, and scalable processes.
• Manage financial planning, marketing strategies, and franchisee investment guidance.
• Build and coach teams while maintaining alignment with shared service departments.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in franchise/service-based industry leadership roles.
• Strong P&L management, financial acumen, and strategic planning expertise.
• Proven ability to coach teams, resolve escalations, and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with EOS business tools and advanced technology adoption.
• Willingness to travel ~20% across the U.S.
