Regional Director of Operations Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in restaurant operations management; drive-thru experience preferred
• 4+ years of experience managing multiple units/stores with P&L responsibility
• Proven ability to create policies that generate profits in multiple retail sales locations
• Advanced ability to communicate, negotiation skills, influence, and coach several levels of staff
• Ability to implement and execute strong training programs and processes given strategic direction
• Understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
